Cancellation policy

Regarding subscription purchases on Fansplay.tv, if you wish to cancel the re-billing of your subscription, please log in to your user account and access the subscription management panel.

In cases where for some reason you are unable to access your user account, please send us an email to info@fansplay.tv from your registered email account, indicating the URL of the profile to which the subscription belongs. Cancellation requests will be processed within a maximum of 10 business days from the date the request is sent.
