Complaints and claims policy

In order to maintain a high level of service to our customers, FansPlay.tv has established in this document the general policies for making and attending to suggestions, complaints and claims.

 

Communication with FansPlay.tv can be done through the channels enabled for the client, through the email fansplay.us@gmail.com.

 

Our complaints policy aims to encourage the resolution of complaints raised by users of the platform, whenever possible, and through formal means when appropriate.

 

Complaints will be acknowledged orally or in writing, and answered within the following 7 business days.

 

We are in favor of a resolution of complaints. It is in the common interest that complaints are resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved at the earliest possible stage. At each stage of the procedure, designated staff will consider the complaint and how to address it in order to offer: An explanation, an apology.

 

Users of our platform can be sure that all complaints will be dealt with confidentially, and exclusively with the relevant personnel.
